Privacy-Knowing the clients personally and respecting their privacy, my goal is to never be seen. If for some reason I do need to show up at the clients house on a weekend for more than a couple minutes, I will reach out to the client first to receive permission.  I want to maintain a healthy pool environment for the client, without disrupting their time by the pool. 

Small and Personal-The goal of Serenity Pool Services is to have a limited clientele base that allows for top-notch quality and a personal touch.  We strive for the client to be comfortable knowing that it is only myself going to their property to maintain their pool.  We will also reach out to the homeowner if there is ever anything seeming out of place on the property.  Since most of the clients are only out on the weekends, having an extra set of eyes keeping an eye on things adds a piece of mind the to the homeowner.

Keeping it Local- Keeping our service area between Hampton Bays- Westhampton allows me to keep a closer eye on your pool.  If there is a or an issue, I can be there from a service call or a heater question.  Quality service with a personal touch.
